Q1: How long does the branding process take?
A: Most full branding projects take between 4 to 8 weeks depending on the package, scope, and how quickly materials are approved along the way. I’ll always provide you with a clear project timeline once we begin.
Q2: Can I make changes after we start?
A: Absolutely! We include revision rounds to make sure your brand feels exactly right before final delivery.
Q3: How does payment work
A: For package bookings, payments are broken into 3 simple phases:
25% due when you sign the contract
25% due when your design brief is approved
50% due before final files are delivered
À La Carte projects are billed 50% upfront, 50% upon final delivery.
Q4: Can I book just a logo?
A: Because your brand is more than a logo, I only offer full branding packages. This allows you to walk away with a complete, cohesive brand that truly supports your business long-term.
Q5: Who owns my designs when the project is complete?
A: Once your final payment is made, you’ll receive full ownership of your brand files to use however you need for your business.
Q6: What if I need something extra later?
A: I offer À La Carte design services for additional needs that may come up before, during, or after your project. These items can easily be added as your business grows.
